Terms of Service

By purchasing a ticket to, attending, or otherwise participating in any Luxe Fashion Fest event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all attendees, guests, media, sponsors, talent, and vendors.

Luxe Fashion Fest ("LFF," "we," "us") reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event at its sole discretion, without refund, for any conduct deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the standards of the event.

All event programming, talent, performance schedules, and venue logistics are subject to change without notice. LFF is not liable for changes to the lineup or format.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Ticket Policy

Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another individual at the ticket holder's discretion. To update a name on the guest list, contact info@luxefashionfest.com no later than 48 hours before the event. LFF reserves the right to verify identity at check-in.

Ticket Tiers

• Opening Hand — Early access general admission. Closed once the tier sells out. No upgrade path guaranteed.
• The Deal (GA) — General admission. Access to all general event spaces, the runway show, performances, and open bar.
• Ace of Spades VIP — Premium access including VIP red carpet experience, elevated lounge access, reserved seating, and exclusive VIP amenities. This tier is limited and subject to availability.

Capacity

This event has a maximum capacity of 225 persons. Ticket purchase does not guarantee entry if capacity has been reached due to circumstances beyond LFF's control. In such cases, LFF will make every effort to accommodate ticketed guests.

Fraudulent Tickets

LFF is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers. Only tickets issued through official LFF channels (luxefashionfest.com) are valid for entry.

Age Requirement

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and will present valid ID at the door.

Media Release & Photography

By attending Luxe Fashion Fest, you grant Luxe Fashion Fest and its authorized media partners an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to photograph, film, and record your likeness, voice, and image during the event.

This content may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Social media and digital marketing across all platforms
• Press and editorial coverage
• Sponsor recognition and brand activation content
• Event recaps, highlight reels, and future promotional materials
• Media partner content produced by authorized press and credentialed photographers

By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this media release. If you have specific concerns regarding your likeness, contact info@luxefashionfest.com prior to the event.

Attendee Photography

Guests are welcome to photograph and record at the event for personal use. By doing so, you agree not to use any content captured at LFF events for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Luxe Fashion Fest.

Privacy Policy

Luxe Fashion Fest respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Information We Collect

• Name and email address provided at ticket checkout
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (LFF does not store card data)
• Preferences and communication history if you subscribe to our mailing list
• General usage data from our website via standard analytics tools

How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your ticket purchase
• To send event-related communications including confirmation, reminders, and updates
• To add you to our mailing list if opted in, managed via Mailchimp
• To improve future events and marketing efforts

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party platforms to operate our ticketing and communications:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs all payment data.
• Mailchimp — Email marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• useguestlist.com — Event check-in management.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with sponsors or media partners only in aggregated, non-identifiable form unless you have separately consented to direct outreach.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@luxefashionfest.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our website uses cookies to improve functionality and analyze traffic. By using luxefashionfest.com, you consent to the use of cookies consistent with this policy.

Code of Conduct

Luxe Fashion Fest is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and elevated environment for all guests. We expect all attendees to treat one another, talent, staff, and venue personnel with respect.

The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the event without refund:

• Harassment, intimidation, or threatening conduct of any kind
• Discriminatory language or behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national origin
• Destruction of venue property
• Unauthorized access to restricted areas including backstage, model prep, and VIP areas without proper credentials
• Intoxication beyond reasonable conduct or possession of illegal substances

LFF staff and security personnel have full authority to enforce this policy. Their decisions are final.
